This is not about going from beginner to ‘kinda average’.

I work with people who want to really up level to being their best no matter where you’re starting from.

My clients tend to be driven high achievers who often have excelled in one area like business but neglected their health and fitness along the way, or athletes wanting ‘the edge’.

No more covering up your own weaknesses and no more under-utilising your own strengths. I will root them out and help you build them into weapons against the relentless tide of misguided information you’re constantly swamped with.

This isn’t any old ‘coaching’ where we talk like old friends on the phone and I give you the same program as the last person to do, leaving you still feeling confused and overwhelmed..

The AMPED 12 week coaching system does what it says on the tin.

It’s a system that has clear phases and direction for you to go on and is designed to account for where you are now, where you need to be and builds strengths whilst eliminating weaknesses…

…with the vigour and intensity required!

Each phase of the AMPED journey requires a certain clarity of mind and action and for you to be at the top of your game.

AMPED Coaching gives you:

  • Clarity (There is no Plan B. Plan A will be completed)
  • Confidence (By finding your strengths and using your experiences you’ll finally be certain of your abilities to chase the goal and have the strategies to implement)
  • Commitment (I don’t accept delays until a better time or the same excuses that you’ve given yourself!)

Over 12 week blocks we will breakdown your (perceived) obstacles, build the plan around your current status and where you want to reach, then execute it.

With constant feedback, you’ll keep zig-zagging your way quickly to the target, ALWAYS moving forwards.

Autonomy: Playing the right mental game to free yourself from being reliant on others and held back.

Mastery: Developing the skills you need to be at the top of your game.

Precision: Having a detailed program to execute, excluding distractions.

Evaluation: Feedback and adjustment in real time.

Decision: Deciding what the next goal is!

Within this framework we will use whatever YOU need from a big tool box including:

  • Weight training
  • Bodyweight exercises
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Cardio training
  • Mobility and flexibility routines
  • Nutrition strategies that work for you and your lifestyle, not the latest favourite fad!
  • Mindset strategies so you that you have a strong enough personal ‘Why?’ as a foundation to wanting to implement the ‘How?’

This isn’t about me having a rigid system that I’ll force you to do.

This is elite in terms of the quality of programming you will get – I have trained and studied with the best in the world.

It’s about finding which peg fits which hole so you get the best results in the shortest time possible!

It’s who I am and who I have always been in building up fitness camps of 200+ members, a gym of 180 members, coaching events with over 100 people in attendance and online programs that make the complex things in fitness simple and actionable.

You should know that I am not a ‘sit behind a Skype screen’ kind of coach – we will always be in contact to make sure the old ‘reasons’ don’t come creeping back in!

I am out there, I am creating an epic life myself and taking on fitness challenges at a very uncomfortable level – it’s what gets me…AMPED!

So far this has included cycling across America self-supported, building a six figure fitness business from scratch, winning a ‘bucket list’ cage fight, hosting fitness retreats in the deep wilderness of Namibia in Africa and putting on 20kg of muscle (not bad for a skinny lad!)

This is not to impress you, put to impress UPON you that I understand the fears, the struggles, the doubts and the dark holes that are a feature of any great challenge.

In some ways, my successes to date are irrelevant to you, but I think it’s important for you as a client investing in what I can do for you, to know the kind of person I am.
